Fluidized Bed Reactor Retrofit for a CNT Producer

Background

The client's fluidized bed reactor suffered wall building and channeling with unstable yield. We redesigned the gas distributor and internals to optimize fluidization; after retrofit, per-reactor yield rose about 20% with stable long-term operation.
